I've been known to get an envelope or two caught in the paper shredder, but an entire shirt? Now THAT'S creative.

"90210" star Shenae Grimes showed up to Entertainment Weekly's 17th Annual Pre-Screen Actors Guild Awards Party in what appeared to be the remains of a shredded, sheer blouse and a belted boho skirt.

It appears any evidence of an undershirt was damaged during the incident.
