It's official. Tarred and feathered has become the new black. Or white. Or whatever.

Rose Byrne was spotted wearing a feathered frock designed by Hakan Yıldırım to the "Damages" premiere this week. While I really wanted to love this look (I mean, Rose was a contender in our Best-Dressed Golden Globes gallery), I just can't.

This swan is just too scattered and hard-pressed for my liking.
