Has Nicki Minaj enlisted Lady Gaga as her new stylist?

Nicki recently stepped out in New York wearing a cotton-candy colored getup made up of a lace spandex shirt and shorts, pink tights, elastic leg braces, prism bangles and glittery heels.

The singer, who I'm assuming suffered a major wedgie in this ensemble, didn't stop short of dip-dying her hair pink to match.
