Is it me, or is LiLo's legging act getting a little old? Last night, while everyone in New York (and I mean everyone!) was dressed up to the nines for Fashion’s Night Out, she wore an Emanuel Ungaro blouse (note: when debuted on the runway, this shirt was worn with a skirt), see-through tank, hot pants and a fedora.
