What would Chuck Bass say?! I've grown accustomed to the seriously deluded getups worn by the likes of Lady Gaga and Lindsay Lohan, but this pill was hard to swallow. Actress Leighton Meester looked like she'd lost her mind at the American Eagle Outfitters store opening in Times Square, New York last night.

Even worse than her plunging leather minidress and matching "training bra" was Leighton's #1 accessory: her ghoulish makeup.

Just another example of how "Good Girls Go Bad."
