Ke$ha (or "Ke$ha Dollar Signs" as I often refer to her) hosted an event at Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas this past weekend wearing a see-through Gaga-esque leotard and "Jersey Shore" worthy cutoffs.

The statement-making singer topped off her look with a grouping of feathers in what appears to be her hair.
