It's difficult for me to pinpoint exactly where Fergie's latest ensemble went awry.

Worn to the launch of the singer's new fragrance "Outspoken" in Newark, New Jersey, there's just something about how the ochre fabric sits ON Fergie's LBD rather than melding with it that doesn't sit well with me. I 'm also not fond of the partially-sheer sleeves.
