Ashley Greene has been the woman to watch on the red carpet lately. With one killer premiere piece after another, I haven't been able to get enough of her refreshing take on classic fashions...until now.

The "New Moon" actress hit a bump in the road to great styledom while making an appearance on the "Late Show With David Letterman" in this red, striped suit and striped blouse combo.

Not surprisingly, the nautical number is from the Bottega Veneta Resort 2010 collection. Something about Letterman's set must scream escape, because I found this image (inset) of Paula Abdul wearing another Captain Crunch-like creation on his show back in December of last year.
