Celebs pulled out all the stops for some of this weekend's hottest Halloween soirees. Some of my favorite costumes this year include those of Heidi Klum, who managed to outdo herself (as usual!) in a head-to-toe transformer contraption, Tori Spelling, who looked pretty as a peacock in a feathered frock and matching makeup, and Lisa Rinna, who tapped into her inner homemaker as Lucille Ball.
