Josh delivers a wake-up call to both Brandi and Wendy by having Brandi spend a night on the streets with a real-life prostitute and more to experience what her life will be if she continues abusing drugs. Dayne is now battling an addiction to both cocaine and the prescription painkiller Percocet. Dayne's mother, Shannon, is terrified that Dayne's violent temper and drug use will eventually get him killed. Josh assigned Dayne one of the most gut-wrenching tasks yet: spend a full 24 hours in the hell that could easily become his future. Her mother, Maureen, struggled to raise Ashley as a single mom but is now at her wits' end. Josh enlists the help of special effects makeup artists to give Ashley a glimpse into her future if she continues to use meth and introduces her to a former addict in an effort to give her the wake up call she needs. Will Ashley get back on the right track and continue her music career?

Her adoptive parents, Deborah and Daril, are completely ignorant when it comes to addiction and have failed to set any ground rules for Chelsea, allowing her to live in a "drug addict's haven." In order to get Deb and Daril to relate to what Chelsea is going through, Josh brings the family to meet someone with a long history of abuse and personal tragedy and then, in a potentially life-defining moment, Josh arranges for an emotional reunion between Chelsea and a very influential person from her past.
