Kpop, Adele, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Robyn, pop music.

When did you realize you had designer potential?

When I started school and I started draping and my work started getting noticed.

Armani, Tom Ford, Christopher Bailey, Kean Etro.

Current occupation?

Fashion designer.

Can you describe past jobs you've had?

Banking.

What is a fashion must?

Scarf.

What is your design training?

Graduated from FIDM in LA in fashion design.

What are your strengths as a designer?

If I can think of a design, I can figure out a way to construct it.

What are your weaknesses as a designer?

I sometimes get stuck on an idea and forget to look outside the box.

What's influenced your designs over the years?

A: Movies, Kpop, media, my location. I love the feelings I have from these things and design from them.

What's your favorite material or fabric to work with?

Cotton shirting.

What's the item you're most proud of designing?

A dress for the American Heart Association.

Do you prefer sketching or draping?

Both.

Do you prefer patterns or solids?

Patterns.

What are your favorite colors?

Red, black, white.

What's your biggest fear as a designer?

Being average.

What fashion faux pas drives you crazy?

Sagging jeans.

What's the ugliest thing you've ever worn?

Hammer pants.

If you designed for the first lady, what would you design for her?

Something clean, forward and modest.

What celebrity would you like to design for?

David Beckham (I'm a menswear designer). I would design a suit and shirt.

What do you look for in a model?

The feeling I get is most important. Love an all-American look.

Loving, caring, fun. We are all different and still get along so well.

I get along with pretty much anyone because I'm interested in people and want to get to know them.

The beach.

Running, writing.

How did you end up auditioning for Project Runway?

A friend posted the application link on my Facebook. This was my first time auditioning.

Why do you think you will win Project Runway?

I'm focused and driven. It's not about being on TV. It's about being a designer. Plus, I have years of pent-up creativity waiting to be unleashed.
