QWhen did you realize you had designer potential?
A About the age of 16.

A A pair of pants with a one-inch waistband at the age of 10.
QWhat's your design training/schooling?
A Two years at Brooks College in Long Beach, California, and two years at F.I.T. in NYC.
QHave you won any awards?
A Best designer in graduating class at both design schools. Chosen to exhibit at the Waldorf-Astoria as part of "The best in the year of fashion."
QStrengths as a designer?
A Using unexpected textures, items and trims together.
QWeaknesses as a designer?
A That I don't have 10 personal sewers!
QWhat have been your influences?
A Past: Films and glamour. Now: Line, color and texture.
QWhat's playing on your iPod while you design?
A Adult alternative. The later it gets at night, the more heavy rock plays.

A Wool, raw silk, linen. Metal, seat belts.

A Don't have just one favorite!

A Trying to get my new parakeet to sit on my finger. He is very stubborn.
