Andy South Designs First Lady-Elect of Hawaii's Inaugural Dress
"Project Runway" Season 8 finalist Andy South has been keeping very busy since we last saw him at New York Fashion Week. When he's not working on launching his secondary line, SOUTH by Andy South, hitting the market February 2011, he's been creating a custom gown for the state of Hawaii's First Lady-elect, Dr. Nancie Caraway.

Today's inauguration of Hawaii Governor-Elect Neil Abercrombie will reveal the final look Andy designed for Dr. Caraway.
