I came home turned on my tv and your show was on. I have a bunch of spirits hanging around myself and my kids. I actually have a picture of my daughter with one and an actually face. They play games move things. Who are they and can do something to keep them from pranking me. Sometimes I do get scared and sometimes my kids mention it or say they are scared. Help:)

My daughter has a friend who lives in a home that she believes is haunted..She says that the family hears foot steps at night and the children see a small child in the hallway of the house. The family all sleep in one room because they are afraid to sleep in separate rooms. How can you help this family? They live in Apple Valley, Ca.
