CHARACTER: Teri Lee

Teri Lee, Jane’s legal assistant is always one step ahead of her boss. Teri is the utmost resource for Deb as she embraces her new life as Jane, the lawyer.

Ben Feldman

CHARACTER: Fred

Following the mix-up at heaven’s gate that relegated Deb’s soul to Jane’s body, Fred (a guardian angel) finds himself taxed with babysitting duties in helping Deb live her new life as Jane.

BEN FELDMAN

Feldman made his acting debut at the age of six when a camp counselor convinced him to participate in the musical “Annie.” In high school, he was involved in the theater program, where he starred in many plays. Feldman then attended Ithaca College and majored in acting. More on Ben Feldman

Still grieving the sudden death of his beloved fiancée, Deb, Grayson Kent pours himself into his work at the law firm as he tries to pick up the pieces of his life.

“Drop Dead Diva” marks Texas native Jackson Hurst’s second outing with executive producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, with whom he worked on the Lifetime Original Movie “Living Proof.” The Red Carpet Event film was executive produced by Renée Zellweger and starred Harry Connick Jr., Angie Harmon, Swoosie Kurtz, Regina King and Amanda Bynes. CHARACTER: Stacy Barrett

Stacy is the best friend and roommate to Deb, a wannabe model whose soul lands in the body of a brilliant, plus-sized attorney, Jane. A struggling model herself, Stacy is the link between Deb’s past and her present, and serves as the support Jane needs to navigate her future.

APRIL BOWLBY

April Bowlby studied ballet and French in college before deciding to pursue a career in acting. Within weeks of her first Hollywood audition, she landed the recurring role of Kandi, Alan’s ditzy girlfriend, on the hit CBS comedy series “Two and a Half Men.” More on April Bowlby

Kate Levering

CHARACTER: Kim Kaswell

Kim Kaswell is a tough-as-nails lawyer whose desire to be on the partner track leaves little time to make friends, especially with fellow lawyer Jane Bingum.

Josh Stamberg

CHARACTER: Parker

As a managing partner in the law firm, Parker gets to call the shots with his associates. A bit of a ladies’ man, Parker often finds himself in compromising situations and is known for his smooth-talking ways, both in and out of the courtroom.

JOSH STAMBERG

Josh Stamberg most recently starred opposite Annette Bening in the play “Female of the Species” at the Geffen Playhouse. Last year he starred opposite Cynthia Nixon in “Distracted” at New York’s Roundabout Theater. Stamberg also co-developed and starred in the play "Tape." More on Josh Stamberg
