Valerie Harper Returns, Plus More Stars Join Season 4!
She swung a mighty gavel as Judge Leslie Singer on "Drop Dead Diva Season 3 and Valerie Harper will reprise her role as the supreme Her Honor in Season 4! View pics from the "Rhoda" star's first appearance on the show here.
With each little piece of guest star news we get to nibble on, we also find out a little more about Season 4, which is currently filming down in Georgia. Besides Valerie's return the three beautiful blondes in the photo above will also be appearing on Season 4!
In Episode 3, Emily Rutherfurd — who played "New Christine" on "The New Adventures of Old Christine" will join the cast as Judge Owen's sister, Olivia French! In a twist that's sure to be juicy, Olivia knows the old Jane knew and is not a big fan (old or new).
Star of "The Patty Duke Show" and countless other television programs and films over the years, Patty Duke, plays Rita O'Reily, a floor-greeter who is fired after stopping a shoplifter. The closer Jane gets to Rita, the more she wonders if the two of them have something unique in common.
Megyn Price, who you've probably seen on TV shows like "Rules of Engagement" and "Grounded for Life," appears on the Season 4 Premiere as a former law school classmate of Jane's... who comes to her after being accused of murder.

More Season 4 Guest Stars Announced!
TDFT — Thank Diva For Twitter, duh — because we've been having a blast keeping tabs on our favorite "Drop Dead Diva" stars as they Tweet away during the first days of Season 4 filming! I've got some more guest star news about the upcoming episodes to share with you, so let's get our gossip on, Divas!!
Um, maybe you heard that this super unknown indie actress Kim Kardashian is going to be joining the Divas for Season 4, well, she's not the only one heating things up on set. Yummy "Undercovers" star Carter MacIntyre is joining the cast as Jane's new, confident, super-sexy guardian angel with a boundless bank account. What that means for our beloved Fred... well, you'll just have to tune in to Season 4 to find out.
In Season 3, the hilarious Kathy Griffin played Kim Kaswell's kooky, kinda incredibly high maintenance sister and now "Cheers" actor John Ratzenberger will continue to fill out the Kaswell family tree. The star guests as Kim's estranged father who reconnects with his daughter after he loses his job and finds himself in some legal trouble.
Oh, if only we could spill more deets... guess we'll all just have to tune in to Season 4, premiering this summer on Lifetime!! And, I suppose, stay tuned to the blog for more tidbits, pics from the set & much, much more!
