Jackson Hurst's New Role
We're so used to seeing our favorite "Drop Dead Diva" actors as Jane/Deb/Stacy/Fred/Teri/Grayson/Parker that we get a little territorial about sharing them for new roles. But when we saw the trailer for Jackson Hurst's upcoming project "A Bird of the Air," (out Fall 2011!) we figured we'd let him slide this time. In the new flick, Jackson plays a loner whose life is changed when a parrot flies in to his home. He and Fiona (Rachel Nichols), who has been admiring him from afar — good eye, girl! — set off to find the parrot's owner.
Let us not fret, "Diva" fans! We still have two more weeks of Jackson as Grayson in new Season 3 episodes of "Drop Dad Diva" — maybe we'll even get the super stud for a Twitter Par-tay for one of them ;)! Tune in to see Jackson and his fellow Divas back for a new ep Sunday. Saturday 18 at 9/8c on Lifetime.
