As promised, for Season 4's "After the Episode" series, it's not just "Drop Dead Diva" creator Josh Berman who will be answering your Qs from Facebook and Twitter. For this week's installment, I proudly present Grayson himself, Jackson Hurst. So without further ado, here are Jackson's answers to all your questions about "Drop Dead Diva" Season 4, Episode 2:
Joan on Facebook wants to know: "Grayson tends to gravitate towards women with model good looks on the outside with little within the inside. Can Grayson handle what Jane has to offer?"
I beg to differ. Grayson has dated an array of women, some very interesting and with depth. (Bt yes, they were easy on the eyes). And he especially loved Deb, saw something well below the surface that he wanted to experience for the rest of his life. He naturally sees the same in Jane and is falling for her. Granted, she's not your conventional beauty, but Grayson sees well beyond that.
Adriana brings up a good question: "If you were in his position in real life would you handle it the same way Grayson has?"
No, I wouldn't hesitate. When you love someone, when you want something so bad, you gotta go after it. Life is short. (Editor's note: Aww! <333)
Facebooker Rosemary asks, "Do you have any input as to how the Deb, Jane and Grayson is going to play out?"
Grayson will always love Deb. Trust me, the death of someone close only strengthens your love for them. I think Grayson will fall for her as Jane, regardless of his beliefs or lack thereof in the supernatural.
Christina says that Grayson is "sweet, innocent, handsome and a man with a good heart." But she is curious if Grayson has a "dark side"?
Dark is subjective. He's troubled, he's been through the ringer, his upbringing was not ideal, but he powers through. He's become hardened, but still has a heart. The fight, the battle that's what people want to see and actors want to play.
Joann simply asks, "What's been your highlight being on the show?" It's my first time doing TV and honestly, working with different scripts, different directors and different actors it keeps you on your toes, keeps it interesting. It's like playing a 4-month ball tournament, minus the elbows to the head.

Tune in to "Drop Dead Diva" Sunday nights at 9/8c on Lifetime, and visit the Official "Drop Dead Diva" Facebook Twitter pages Mondays after the show to ask questions about "Diva"! Next week, April Bowlby will be answering Qs!
To celebrate Season 4 of "Drop Dead Diva," we're giving you access to the show's all-knowing executive producer and creator Josh Berman! Josh is answering all of your questions from Facebook and Twitter after each new episode, and in the upcoming weeks, there will be special guest dishers also answering your Qs. (::cough cough:: "Diva" cast members ::cough cough::) Here are Josh's answers to your questions about the Season 4 premiere:
Karen, along with MANY other Facebook fans, want to know, will their beloved Fred come back?
Fred will absolutely come back this season, but we’re not going to tell anyone when he’s coming back because we want viewers to enjoy the surprise The reason he’s comes back will be one of our best twists and surprises ever.
Christina on Facebook was curious about the significance of Nikki (Kim Kardashian) and Stacy accidentally switching phones.
The significance of the phone switch, which only about half the audience caught – so for the viewers that caught that, you’re the smart ones – it will pay off in the very next episode. It has to do with the new Nikki and Stacy relationship.
Speaking of Nikki, "Diva" fan Christine "didn't get" how Nikki was "supposed to be a relationship expert, but makes a living selling muffins." Can you explain, Josh?
We all have our strengths no matter what we do and there’s always that one person in the office that you go to for advice, and Nikki is the person at the juice bar that you go to for advice.
Melanie "loved the banter between Luke and Jane" and thought it was a "nice introduction for the two of them." And Tracy thinks that Luke has "potential." But Carri wants to know, "Can Luke become Janes new love interest?"
We always played Fred more as Jane’s litte brother and Luke is a man with his own agenda. I’d like to think of Luke as a guardian angel with balls. He’s not scared to go toe-to-toe with Jane, and I think you’re going to see a lot of colors on this guardian angel. He comes on strong and in truth, Jane comes on strong. So I think they’re going to be good together.
Facebooker Tracie got straight to the point when asking Josh her question, "If Grayson asks her, is Jane going to have to deny being Deb?"
I think our cliffhanger this week was one of our best cliffhangers and one of the first times we’ve ended and episode on Grayson instead of on Jane, And that whole story line gets paid off next week. How Grayson deals with this information is permeated throughout this coming Sunday’s episode. I think this coming Sunday, if you’re a true Jane/Grayson fan, is an episode not to be missed. It takes their story further than we’ve ever gone before and the last scene is my favorite scene that we’ve ever shot. The cast loves this episode. It’s really, really emotional.
And last, but certainly not least, it's time to give an old guest star some love! Judy, who I can only assume is a huge Claymate, asks, "When are you going to have Clay Aiken again?" Clay Aiken and I have actually have become good friends thanks to “Drop Dead Diva.” At the moment we don’t have plans to have him come back. But I love the guy, so if he wants to come back, he can.

Ask and you shall receive! Fans on the official "DDD" Facebook page definitely had a lot to say about our first official look at the first episode of Season 4. The photo features April Bowlby and guest star Kim Kardashian at the juice bar, Main Squeeze. (Above, duh.)
I couldn't get over your LOL-worthy comments. So, in no particular order, I give you the best captions:
Best Movie Reference goes to... Narmaly: "I love those earrings... where'd you get them from?"
Best Reality Show Reference goes to... Kathryn: "Stacy is saying, 'Are you lost? The 'Jersey Shore' set is thataway...'"
Best Kim Kardashian joke goes to... Tina: "Really these chairs are too much they squeeze my butt! The chairs have got to go. Oh, and the color doesn't go well with my outfit. I guess that's why they calll this place Main Squeeze."
Best Diva Plug goes to... Karen: "Stacey: 'Fred?? Is that you?? What, what??' Kim: 'I have some explaining, I know. You have to understand Stacy, being a guy was just too hard so I thought I'd try this angle.'"
Best Random Observation goes to... Dana: "I think they're discussing why the font of the store name is Disney font."
And please keep them coming. Your comments are the only things holding me over to the "Drop Dead Diva" Season 4 premiere on June 3 at 9/8c. Another First Look photo will be revealed on the official "Drop Dead Diva" Facebook page on May 25, so keep checking back!
What do you think Kim Kardashian's character, Nikki, and Stacy are talking about in this photo?
When divas collide! Joan Rivers is set to make her "Diva" debut on a July episode of Season 4!
Joan wil play Jane’s subconscious in two episodes and will first appear in Jane's dream as a therapist. "You’re just like Madonna with her 23-year-old boyfriends. You’re not fooling anyone,” she tells Jane.
New episodes of "Drop Dead Diva" start June 3 at 9/8c! Catch up with the show by watching the "Drop Dead Diva" marathon on June 2 starting at 11 am/10c.
Since Joan Rivers is playing a shrink, what kind of advice do you think she'll give Jane?

On last week's Diva Dish, creator and executive producer Josh Berman spilled on Grayson and Jane's relationship, Fred's big secret and more. In this week's edition, Josh gives the scoop about casting "Dance Moms" star Abby Lee Miller on an episode and wets loyal Divas' palettes with more deets about what lies ahead for Fred and Stacy. (Oh Josh, you're such a tease!)
Facebooker Liz asks Josh: "Why did you want to work with Abby Lee Miller?"
Josh says: "The writers on 'Diva' wanted to write an episode that explores the relationship between moms and daughters. And right now, 'Dance Moms' has a unique point of view and people seem to either love or hate the show. But regardless, people are watching. And we thought how interesting it would be to shine a spotlight on Dance Mom behavior through the lense of 'Drop Dead Diva.'"
Speaking of Abby, Facebook Diva Abbey asks: "Does Stacy know that Fred is an angel?"
Josh dishes: "Stacy does not know that Fred is an angel. For three seasons, Stacy has not known the truth about Fred, but all that might be changing in the season premiere."
What else are you dying to know about Season 4?
Season 4 keeps getting sweeter! On the heels of the announcement that "Cougar Town" star Ian Gomez will be guest starring on "Drop Dead Diva," another prime time star is joining the roster. "Saving Grace" actress Lorraine Toussaint will make an appearance on the eighth episode of Season 4, playing Jane's former law professor, Gretchen Daily.
In the episode, Professor Daily invites her former student, Jane, and Grayson to lecture one of her classes at Stanford Law School. The attorneys then begin to help one of the students with a case against a Silicon Valley company. But of course, nothing comes easy when they realize they have to face off against Professor Daily, who was hired to defend the company.
And I know I keep harping, but don't forget to watch the Season 4 premiere of "Drop Dead Diva" on June 3 at 9/8c! Creator and executive producer Josh Berman said in last week's Diva Dish that "a lot of big secrets [will be] divulged!"
Which "Diva" lawyer would you like to face off in court against: Jane, Grayson, Kim or Jay?

The Season 4 guest stars keep racking up! Joining the already-announced Kim Kardashian, Serena Williams, Brandy, Jake T. Austin, John Ratzenberger, Patty Duke, Megyn Price, Emily Rutherford and Valerie Harper (Phew!), "Cougar Town" star Ian Gomez is set to make an appearance in the eighth episode of "Drop Dead Diva" this season.
Ian will be playing Warren Patton, a wheelchair-using con man who is suing Harrison & Parker’s newest client for $1 million after being hit in a crosswalk by the defendant’s gourmet food truck. The kicker? Warren argues his own the case and shows his manipulative side in doing so.

It's that time again! As we continue to countdown to the epic Season 4 premiere of "Drop Dead Diva" (And I mean E-P-I-C... I may or may not have not seen the first episode...), Twitter and Facebook have been blowing up with Qs about the new season. So, in all that is wonderful and fabulous, I went straight to creator and executive producer Josh Berman to get all the "Diva" dirt. I will be rolling out his juicy answers for the next 20 days until the Season 4 premiere on June 3. (You should read that as: keep checking this blog 24/7!)
First up, Facebook friend Jessie asks Josh: "Does Grayson find out that Jane is his lost love!?"
Josh dishes: "Grayson is absolutely on to the fact now that Jane could now be Deb. And how that plays out in the first four episodes of Season 4 is pretty exciting and completely unexpected." (Editor's note: SO exciting!)
Facebooker Leighann asks: "Does Fred leave? At the end of Season 3, he's at the airport, but it never shows if he leaves."
Josh says: "Fred leaves, but doesn’t get too far, and one of our biggest Fred twists yet in our season opener, so if you’re a Fred fan, June 3 is not to be missed. If there is ever an episode to not DVR but to watch live, it’s our June 3 season opener. We have a lot of big secrets being divulged. Grayson is learning the truth about Jane, there’s a huge complication in the Fred/Stacy relationship and you want to see that with everyone else."
Amanda on Facebook asks Josh: "Is there any chance that Tony might come back in Season 4?"
Josh exclusively dishes: "Anything is possible. Jane has lots of loves, as does Deb, and we like bringing back those old flames. I will say that there’s lots of twists and turns in Jane’s love life in Season 4, but I don’t want to answer specifically if Tony is coming back."
