To celebrate Season 3 of "Drop Dead Diva," we're giving you access to the show's all-knowing executive producer and creator Josh Berman! You may remember him from his Diva Dish guest appearances, and now Josh is answering all of your questions after each new episode. Monday, post-premiere, I asked fans on Facebook to dig deep for questions and concerns they had after the Season 3 opener. Below, Josh answers your burning questions:

Many of the Facebook commenters felt like Jane is different this season, more cocky and confident — what do you see as the biggest difference between Jane in Seasons 1 & 2 and Jane in Season 3?
Jane is becoming more confident. She looks in the mirror and doesn't see a stranger. She sees a beautiful woman looking back at her. She has a renewed sense of self-worth and that informs the way she goes about her personal and professional life. And, to be honest, it's a lot of fun to write about a woman who feels empowered.

Priscille B. on Facebook thinks "Stacy is BRILLIANT in the role of the intern" and wants to know if she'll be a big part of Season 3 episodes.
It's a big season for Stacy. She and Fred really heat up, but their relationship is not without its bumps. In Episode 2 (airing Sunday, June 26 at 9/8c on Lifetime), Stacy and Fred finally have sex. It's one of the funniest stories in "Diva" history as Jane, reluctantly, becomes Fred's sex teacher.

Doris C. on Facebook asked why Grayson decided to get married in a month/so soon? Why did he make the decision in the hospital?
Grayson's storyline is very organic. Last season, he pulled away from Vanessa but then, during the Season 2 Finale, had an epiphany that life is short, he cares for Vanessa and he wants to get married. Then, this season, he has a near-death experience. With a near-death experience it's not uncommon to want to speed up important events in your life. When you literally see your life flash before your eyes, suddenly, you want to make sure that you do everything you dreamed of doing. Grayson is the kind of guy who wants to get married and have a family. Waking up from the coma, he realizes that he wants to move on with his life and he doesn't want to wait any longer.

Jordan W. on Facebook asks, "why wasn't Deb in any part of the first episode? She is an integral part of the show and we need to see her so we don't forget about her." Will she be in future episodes this season?
Deb is in every episode — her soul is inside of Jane. If you're asking about the amazing actress who plays Deb — she will be back this season... and she's fantastic in a very unique flash back episode!

Sherry says: "Everyone is commenting on the Jane/Grayson thing... when my heart is breaking over Kim and Parker!" Will we see them rekindle this season?
Kim and Parker go on a roller coaster this season. Kim's heart is breaking because Parker deceived her. Kim comes from a broken home and is generally distrustful of men, in romantic situations. The question will be — can she trust Parker again? It's a long road ahead but filled with fun twists and turns.
