1 apple
1 pear
1 cup chopped rhubarb
1/2 cup blackberries
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Makes 1 serving. Per smoothie: 550 calories
