Standing leg lifts
Tones your glutes and inner thighs
Stand to the right of your chair, holding onto it for support with your left hand. Bend your left knee slightly and extend your right leg out to the side. Raise your right foot about two inches off the floor and point your right toes out. Next, bend your right knee, bringing it to the front of your body so your thigh is parallel to the floor. Extend your right leg back to the side, where you started. Do 10 to 15 repetitions with each leg for one set. Work up to three sets per workday.
