Good for: Energetic hip-hop lovers who want to learn some moves
This DVD really inspires you to pump it up: The hip-hop moves are taught by Jamie King, choreographer for pop stars like Pink, Madonna, Shakira and J.Lo. The workout is divided into six parts: the warm-up, two rehearsals, a “dress” rehearsal, the performance and the cooldown (essential for getting your heart rate back down). There’s also a 13-minute strength-training routine at the end. Jamie does a slow breakdown of the moves, but this workout may still be challenging for beginners.
