OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 08:30:00 AM (ET) ON JUNE 1, 2009 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON JUNE 28, 2009. THERE WILL BE FIVE WINNERS SELECTED WEEK ONE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES; FIVE WINNERS WEEK TWO OF THE SWEEPSTAKES; FIVE WINNERS WEEK THREE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND FIVE WINNERS SELECTED WEEK FOUR OF THE SWEEPSTAKES.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Register to become a member at www.mylifetime.com (the "Sweepstakes Site") (or, if already a member sign in), submit a comment in the Cook Yourself Thin discussion in the Cook Yourself Thin Group at myLifetime.com, and you will automatically be entered. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON June 28, 2009. No incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Limit: Users may submit as many comments per day as they would like. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, each day will begin at 12:00:01 AM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET, with the exception of the first day of this Sweepstakes, which will begin at 08:30:00AM ET on June 1, 2009. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the relevant entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the applicable email or wireless device account.

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected at random by representatives of Sponsor from all eligible comments received for each of the following weeks of the sweepstakes, as follows:

Week 1 – June 1 through June 7, 2009; Five Week 1 winners selected on or about June 7, 2009. Week 2 – June 8 through June 14, 2009; Five Week 2 winners selected on or about June 14, 2009. Week 3 – June 15 through June 21, 2009; Five Week 3 winners selected on or about June 21, 2009. Week 4 – June 22 through June 28, 2009; Five Week 4 winners selected on or about June 28, 2009.Only those comments submitted during a given week are eligible to win the Grand Prize for that week. To be eligible to win, comments must be relevant, appropriate, and substantive relative to the topic at hand, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided on their winning comment submissions.

3. GRAND PRIZE: Twenty (20) Grand Prizes: Twenty (20) Grand Prize Winners each will receive a "Cook Yourself Thin" cookbook. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $11.00. Odds of winning depend upon the number and content of eligible entries received. Grand Prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of June 8, 2009, except officers, directors and employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Lifetime Entertainment Services (the "Sponsor") and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

5. VERIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Grand Prize winners may be required to sign affidavits of eligibility and liability releases and, where permitted, background checks and publicity releases. Prizes may be awarded to alternate winner(s) if affidavit/release is not returned within 3 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable. If any prize is won by a minor, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian in Sponsor’s discretion. Each prize winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of her/his name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian.

6. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Sponsors and judges not responsible for: (a) late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, e-mails or other communications; errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, (b) defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines; data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials; loss or otherwise; or (c) electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Sponsors disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes if any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause outside of Sponsor’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsors reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of her/his Sweepstakes entries) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsors or any of their respective affiliates if she/he tampers with the entry process or if her/his fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of this Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Judges and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, prize winner agrees to release the Sponsor, its respective parents, successors, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, printers, distributors, and the respective officers, directors, employees, representative and agents of each and any other person or entity related in any way ("Sponsor Entities") harmless by prize winner or their heirs against any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in this Sweepstakes.

7. CAUTION. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. WINNER’S NAME: To obtain prize winners' names, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Lifetime’s Cook Yourself Thin Sweepstakes Winners’ Names Request, Lifetime Entertainment Services, 309 West 49th Street, New York, NY 10019, Attn: New Media Department. Prize winners’ names request must be received by July 7, 2009. Prize winners’ names will be sent after selection and verification of winners. Prize winners’ names also will be available on www.mylifetime.com after selection and verification of winner.
