Last week was a tough episode for the Army wives and families at Fort Marshall and for the faithful fans watching along at home! Last night's all-new episode of "Army Wives" finally revealed what was really going on with Joan. Even though the Lieutenant Colonel thought she dodged the worst during her RPG incident while serving in Iraq, she is now shocked by the news that, six months later, she is suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), a problem that faces many soldiers returning from Afghanistan and Iraq. In the "Army Wives" home movie below, Joan talks about TBI and how the injury has changed her life and identity.
