A customer service manager, Colleen has been with Southwest Airlines for more than six years. It's her job to oversee the daily operation and make sure that customers receive the best care possible. She has worked on special projects for ground operations, such as adopting a school. A mother of three teenagers, Colleen says that her daughters "bring me my proudest moments."
After four years with the company, Val now works as a customer service supervisor. She helps customer service agents and customers in any way that she can. Val enjoyed being part of the show and seeing how the cameras seemed to make people think twice about how they acted. Married, she has two children and recently adopted her great-niece.
Denise Brown Bess
As a customer service supervisor, Denise works with customer service agents and operations and ramp personnel to keep everything running smoothly. She enjoyed her experiences of being filmed on job and was glad to have the opportunity to be a part of the show. Off the job, Denise is married and a mother to four children.
Part of Anita's job is helping fellow employees and customers handle any challenging issues that may arise. She's been a customer service supervisor with Southwest for more than six years. Being on the show reminded Anita that "I truly make most people happy or satisfied on a daily basis, and that in itself is rewarding." She has two great kids—"one beautiful daughter and a handsome son."
Veolia makes sure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently in her position as a customer service manager. She's a seasoned member of Southwest's Midway staff, having been with the company for more than 10 years. This married mother of two believes "it's nice to be important, but it is important to be nice."
