Have you ever wondered whether the grass is greener on the other side of the fence? Two wives discover that it often isn't when they hand over the keys to their homes and literally switch families for two weeks.

At the end of the show, the two couples meet for the first time. In a highly-charged exchange of views, they make a frank assessment of each other and talk about what they've learned from the experience.

I love wife swap. I think its good a look into other families lives and how they do things.

I got it, take Frasier and Will & Grace off and have more Golden Girls. I can't stand them anyway and would like more golden girls but i love wife swap and hope y'all never take it off.

BRING BACK THE GOLDEN GIRLS!!! ever since i was 12 i would watch the golden girls with my grandmother. and now that its off at 4 i cant watch it at all and its off at 1 and i have class at 9 i feel like im missing my right leg!! wif swap is and all riht show but golden girls is soo much better

Thank You Lifetime!! I love wife swap and it's the perfect lil change lifetime needed. Keep it on!! It's a great learning expierence. Five stars to lifetime!!!

While I don't feel strongly enough about Wife Swap to call it "trash", I wish it took up a different time slot. I don't care for reality shows in general (don't like watching people get embarrassed, yelled at, made to cry, etc.), but hey, if they don't seem to mind, it's not up to me, right? And I can understand that Lifetime is trying to re-vamp it's lineup, because it's all aout ratings. It just seems they did a poor job of listening to their viewers. Please bring back the golden girls...you FINALLY got rid of that god awful rita s**ks show and now you put this junk on!!?? The episode they had on tonight, some god awful parents forced children to live on a bus and travel the country, not allowing them to have friends or a proper education...and the father was the biggest moron i've ever seen. He needed his wife to hold his hand while he plugged his bus in to charge! it was a disgrace...and the children agreed they were both super behind in school, and the parents took them back on the road anyways after the swap. Just two more uneducated children in this country...not because of inability, but because of laziness on the parents part! The father didn't want to get a job, he wanted to sleep in and be catered to all day!!! DISGUSTING....I really can't bear to watch another episode, so after frasier I suppose Lifetime will have to be turned off.

I LOVVVVVVVEEEEE WIFE SWAP ITS BRILLIANT B/C ITS A REALITY SHOW THE WHOLE FAMILY CAN ENJOY AND LEARN FROM..... DONT EVER TAKE THIS OFF THE AIR

this is a great funny and learning show. I enjoy a lot. the extremes in each family are great and how could anyone not learn something.

Who protects the kids that are exploited by this show? What becomes of them after the cameras stop? How are they treated at school and by their neighbors? How does a child handle public humiliation? When is "entertainment" morally wrong? What kind of person doesn't care?

Lifetime, come on! We don't want this show on anymore! We want Golden Girls and Frasier, not this reality TV crude! I don't like this whole Wifetime thing, I hope it'll be just for the mean time....

This show and Blush are the DUMBEST shows around. All of these people just want to be on t.v. for thier 15 minutes of fame and they don't care if they look like a bunch of fools or not!!! Could you please just run this show like once a month if you have to run it at all. It's really not a great family show and most women don't want to watch other when act stupid! Lifetime has always been a respectfull and caring network for women and this show, shows no respect at all. Please don't keep going the reality show way. Theres enough of that **** on the other stations. Lifetime is usually a great break from all that dribble. Take this show and Rita Rocks off PLEASE!?!!!

I have to agree that this seems below the standards previously set by Lifetime. Maybe they are targeting younger viewers now? Personally, the idea of reality shows is embarrassing, that other people's issues can become someone's entertainment. However, I think that if Lifetime did a better job of listening to its viewers (all of them), then programming could be balanced instead of competetive. By the way, rumor has it that The Girls are moving to Hallmark in March.
