In "Rita Rocks," Nicole Sullivan stars as Rita Clemens, an overworked wife and mother in the middle of a full-blown identity crisis — which includes trying to maintain romance with her husband Jay (Richard Ruccolo), juggling the demands of her nine-year-old daughter, Shannon (Kelly Gould), and disciplining her defiant teenage daughter Hallie (Natalie Dreyfuss) and her ever-present boyfriend Kip (Raviv Ullman). whats funny is all the people that like shows like "the nanny" and "golden girls" calling a brand new show that barely aired any episodes bad. lol those are 2 of the worst shows ever made. I thought everyone who watched golden girls was dead already, guess not.

this is the worst show on the air right now. It sucks. It needs to be taken off the air as soon as possible. Its not funny at all. Put the nanny back on.

I Think RITA ROCKS Is a great show, Its funny she's great I LOVE watching the show.I'm glad u took that show off it's 2 old it's been on forever.

This is what I'd used to do
Wake up, watch the episodes of Golden Girls and Frasier
Go to work
Return home and watch Still Standing and Reba until the movie

So why change it? Nobody is actually up until 1! I really wish you'd bring back Golden Girls and Frasier

Rita don't rock at all. They seem to be trying to hard to be funny. Its really a waste of money to pay these poeple to do such a horrible job. If we want to watch "Rita" we can watch her on The King of Queens, thats a good show! But, please leave The Golden Girls, Frasier and Will and Grace alone. They are the best!!! I watch or listen to them every morning and at night. My house wouldn't get cleaned if I didn't have them to get me through it. I love to just laugh with them. Rita doesn't make me laugh, she and her husband make me really sick and tired!!!!

Is there any way we can somehow get this stupid show cancelled? it is so annoying and so fake. i didnt watch GG that much but i'd rather have that show back on than this dumb show. i thought the "rita rocks" commercials looked ok but it sucks. RITA SUCKS HOW CAN WE GET THIS SHOW OFF THE AIR!!!!!???? i thot it was a pilot or something? don't if we dont watch it wont it be cancelled?? we have to do something, this show is god-awful! nicole sullivan is an awful actress and shuld have stuck with "Mad T.V" shes not ready for an actual sitcom!

I actually like Rita Rocks. I know I'm not the only one out there. I like GG too. I think if they had more writing that included more with Ian Gomez, it would be hysterical. I think it's refreshing to see something new. I hope they keep it on. GG wasn't popular when it first came on, either.

As many of you, I gave this show a try. It is Stupid. I'm GG fan, it is classic. But I would watch any good new show. Well, this is not one of them. I do not understand Lifetime why would you upset so many people by taking out GG...

I don’t have a problem with fans voicing their opinions on whether a show is bad, boring good, etc. It’s the whole “take it off the air because it sucks” or “It’s not my favorite show so take it off the air” or “it took my favorite show’s timeslot so it sucks and take it of the air” comments that are incredibly eye-roll inducing. It’s just pretty funny to see people get riled up at a 30 minute timeslot when the other shows have timeslots that put them on air for 1 ½ to 2 hours daily.

Rita Rocks fans, just because you like the show doesnt mean everyone has to. Whenever Lifetimes moves a show, whether its the Golden Girls, The Nanny, Will and Grace or Frasier, people are gonna voice their opinions.

I agree, she is making a lot of assumptions. First of all, not everyone works an 8-5 hour day. Second of all, not everyone is in the Eastern time zone. Third of all, if they stop airing GG, how can we tape them? Fourth of all, if Rita Rocks were any good, I might not mind the Golden Girls being moved. But it isn't, so I do mind. And, I think she means something "called" a job, not "call" a job?

Ummm Rita Rocks is so not rocking. I tried to give it a chance, oh my goodness its sooooo stupid!!!!! and BORING!! Bring back GOLDEN GIRLS! Rita sucks so bad! and pplntheircommentz..... Job-less?? HAH! what the **** I mean rita replaced golden girls and its on at the same time. I mean you're sitting there and telling people oh go to bed, stop complaining.....ummm take a look in the mirror... You're staying up to watch rita rocks.. and you're telling us, we're "job-less" so what if some of us are, so what some of us like to stay up while everybody is asleep.

I rarely comment anything, however, this pushed my button. First of all, What is the matter with all the people that's upset that Rita Rocks is taking over Golden Girls' slot at 1 in the freakin morning. Should most of you be sleeping anyways - Some people have something call a JOB! I enjoy watching Rita Rocks, it's CURRENT! Golden Girls is funny, but, it's Ancient, OK. The ANCIENT shows will not be forgotten - record it or something. If you love it that much and is upset that it doesn't come on at 1 in the freaking morning, then record it before it gone forever. Also, go to sleep, unless you are really really free (hint - jobless)

Yeah I don't really appreciate the whole hinting at jobless people as having no life. Times are hard right now in case you haven't tuned in to the news. Not everyone is fortunate enough to be employed. And when I'm up late at night bothered by the fact that i'm NOT working to support my family then I like to watch a show that makes me laugh. Your opinion is your opinion, you like rita rocks, fine...but keep all job comments to yourself. If you're asleep and don't watch these shows then you have zero business complaining about it.
