My sister told me she saw Adrianna on your show. is this the same girl from Univision? If so, when will she be on again?
As a small business owner of two Subway francise, and a mother of a two and five years old kids, and wife , I have very litle time for myself..I found this exercises fun and very easy to incorporate to my normal and regular time at home. Love it ,this girl make u sweet, thank you adriana for this great tips. Will love to see more.
I am always busy wiht my 2 kids so is hard for me to have time to go to the gym, I thick this is a great idea plus when I did the exercises on monday I could'nt move the next day. Also,Adriana is fun and energitic I would love to see more of her segments.
I loved exercise segment this morning, great tips for busy moms. Adriana is energetic and charming. I tried them after the segment, and my muscles were burning, awesome.
I really enjoyed the kitchen exercise segment this AM! Very useful information. It is always nice to have some quick and easy exercises to do at home. Adriana is fun and enthusiastic too. I'd like to see more of her on your show. Thanks!
I tried the exercises in the kitchen this morning... they're really good! I'm a music teacher, so between classes and homework I don't have time to go to the gym. But, this is a great way to incorporate exercise into my life.
I didn't even know this show existed till the other day when I turned on the television and saw Dan Marino co-hosting it. My husband is a huge Dan Marino fan, so we sat down and watched the show. Let me just say that I was so happy that I watched because I got so many great ideas for our Superbowl party! I loved the idea of making the table cloth like a mini football field...I'm not that creative so I would never have thought of that! My 10 year old son and his friends thought it was neat, or in his words "pretty awesome!" I also went out and bought some of those huge grilling shrimp to go along with the steaks we were grilling. I can't believe that they were only 70 calories each! Overall, I learned a lot about throwing an awesome football party in 30 minutes. I'm going to keep my eye out for this show and see what else they can show me!
Yesterday's The Balancing Act featured some excellent segments. Most notably, they had Olympic Snowboarder Seth Wescott on the program. I found it very inspirational to hear him speak about his dedication to the sport of snowboarding. Seth spoke about finding a balance in life, which made me think about how I found balance in my life with the love of my husband and my three wonderful children.

Seth also touched upon his efforts to bring more attention to global warming and its effects on winters around the world. It is great that Seth is taking the initiative to set up a foundation to support the cause. One of my favorite episodes to date!
I'm so glad I heard about The Balancing Act just in time for The Big Game Show with Dan Marino. I was totally lost on what to prepare for my husband's Super Bowl party until Danielle and Dan opened my eyes to a world of choices. I ended up buying chips with guacamole, shrimp, and chicken wings. The food was a HIT and the party was a blast!!!

All of the segments were very informative about specific foods and gave me a broader idea on what combination works well together.
I was recently introduced to The Balancing Act. It is a very insightful show. I especially loved the Big Game Show with Dan Marino. It brought a new spin to the show and really helped me with ideas so I could feel a part of the Superbowl, which my boyfriend has a big party for. I am looking forward to tuning in for more neat ideas and products.
I watched the football show and thought it was terrific! I loved how they really showed what to bring to a superbowl party! My husband always forgets to buy good snacks! It was neat to see Dan throwing around a football! I love how this show caters to women!!
I just want to say, i really like this show. I started off watching it here and there, but now I've been watching it more and more. Especially since they started giving away stuff. Not everything applies to me, but the stuff that does is really good information. Keep up the Good Work Lifetime.
I used to work out to Denise Austin and Gilad and Bodies in Motion and several others when I was 12 or 13 years old. I am now 33 and I love Denise Austin. Please put her back on!!!!
