We told you the finale would be dramatic! We bet you believe us now! Did Jeremy shoot himself while his parents were right outside the house? Will Joan survive the enemy attack? Are the Morans done for good? Wow! So much drama. At least the LeBlancs got good news about Roxy expecting a little one and Michael got his big promotion. But what havoc Lenore Baker will cause for the Holdens now that she’s back is anybody’s guess! Oh, how we missed Lenore and her evil antics. She always keeps things lively. Remember how she made up that rumor that Michael wasn’t Amanda’s dad? So vicious, but that’s why we love to hate her.
Now it’s time to vote in our weekly poll. If you want to catch an encore of the finale, you can watch it online starting on Monday. (It’ll be up for 30 days, so enjoy!) And as we’ve said before, keep coming back to the blog to get updates on the next season we’ll be posting all year long and we want to keep hearing from you. Now, time for the poll, so have at it!

So, who would have pictured Roxy, Denise, Pamela and Claudia Joy golfing together? And, more surprisingly, who would have imagined that Denise was so über-competitive and had a nasty little temper about losing? That Denise is always surprising us. She's had affairs, gotten a tattoo and cruised on a motorcycle, and now we discover that she's got the mad golf skills of Tiger Woods and the temper of a pit bull hidden away underneath that cool, calm exterior. Go figure!
So more episode recap: Trevor had gotten one recruit down, and another is on the way. Roland's partner has a criminal past. Jeremy is heading for disaster while trying to cope with his grief, and his alcohol bingeing isn't helping him any, either. Plus, the Morans continue to have marital mayhem, and poor Pamela can't really vent to the girls, either, since it's all top-secret hush-hush military stuff.
And we almost forgot ... Fort Marshall may close? No way! Say it ain't so! Let's hope Michael can save the day in the finale ... Speaking of finales, let's discuss just that in our weekly "Army Wives" poll.
Vote now, and look for the results in an upcoming "Army Wives" newsletter.

"Frasier" was a spin-off from "Cheers." "Laverne & Shirley" stemmed from "Happy Days." And "Melrose Place" came from "Beverly Hills 90210." So we want to know ... if "Army Wives" got a spin-off, which major or minor characters would it feature, and why? Let us know and one of you will win Season 2 of the show on DVD.
Post your responses here on the blog. As always, don't forget to read the rules before you post. We can't wait to hear your ideas!

What Chase seems to be telling Pamela these days now is not exactly the whole truth or any truth at all. It’s one thing to keep quiet about being taking captive because the Army doesn’t want you to divulge what happened. It’s another to lie about enjoying some target practice with your buddy because you don’t feel like being with the wife and kids. Chase added insult to injury by fibbing to Pamela that he was visiting a sick soldier pal in the hospital. He’s so cloak and dagger these days!
And Chase isn’t the only one who isn't coming clean. Roland didn’t mention that little Sarah Elizabeth was sick to Joan because she had just deployed. Since Joan couldn’t exactly get home to do anything about it, he figured why worry her when she needed to concentrate on her men and her mission.
This sounds like the same approach that Jeremy is taking these days. He’s hurting about losing his friend and fellow soldier more than anyone realizes, but is keeping it bottled up from his folks, especially proud papa Frank. He doesn’t want to disappoint dear old dad.
But as we can see what happened with the Morans, covering things up rarely works and things can get pretty ugly when secrets get exposed. This got us thinking about our weekly poll. It’s time for you to have at it and vote:
We’ll reveal the results in an upcoming newsletter. Be sure you check it out and if you’re got a take on this whole secret-keeping issue, please leave a comment below. We want to hear from you.

What an episode ... very dramatic and a definite reminder of how certain things will always be the same for Army wives ... the friendships, the romances and, of course, the heartache when something happens to a spouse serving in the armed forces. But on the flip side, so many things are different now ... like the roles of women in the military and of equal rights in the military. We’ve definitely come a long way on those fronts since the forties.
But the fun of this week’s show was seeing the cast play very different roles than they normally do each week: Catherine Bell as a pilot, Kim Delaney as a factory worker, Sally Pressman as a Manhattan socialite, Brigid Brannagh as a reporter and Wendy Davis as a kitchen worker. Which did you enjoy watching the most? Add a comment and let us know we love featuring your opinions on the site and in the “Army Wives” newsletters.
So, now it’s time for the most important thing: the weekly “Army Wives” poll. This whole forties flashback got us thinking about what it would be like if we could see the “Army Wives” characters in a different time period but as themselves. What time period would you choose? (Just picture a young Claudia Joy doing disco with feathered-back hair, or a young Denise rocking out with a Madonna look ... so many great possibilities!)
Vote now, and we’ll reveal the results in this week’s “Army Wives” newsletter.
Also, check out all the cool photos we have from "Army Wives" Episode 15 and watch another great video extra now. Enjoy:
