First off i don't know whats all the big hoop hula over this movie? here u have a mother that's divorce trying to raise a daughter then gets hoodwinked into a affair with a married man.Then pays the consequences ? i mean really come on? coming from a carnal sense i can see why everybody on here likes this movie for one its sex!!! good ol fashion fun right ? wrong! if u are going to play the field and have ur cake and eat it too just like the doctor was doing with jess think again. Jess was stupid plain and simple was she that lonely? then trying to discipline her daughter not to do what she did then, the doc leaves jess after he had his fun talking about going back to his wife? please!. From a spiritual sense no i wouldn't recommend this movie because its "the do as i say not as i do" theory yeah i can do it but u can't because i'm the mom! yeah right a lesson to be learned of course there are a lot of Jesses out here in this society ok just like the man she thought she was in love with opening her desires and lust and thinking she was in love while the good ol doctor got his chance to get laid!!! and people on here are going love sick for this movie? lol yeah i will admit the movie is addicted but i pay attention to the lessons in this movie because i'm looking at the feelings and somebody getting hurt! but be on the look out for sex & the single mom 3 (the fight for Jake) coming soon!

I really enjoyed this movie because it shows exactly how a woman feels to be in love with 2 men at the same time. It really is hard to do what your heart tells you is the right thing and your mind is telling you what is rational. I really hope it comes out on dvd soon so I can have it with the first Sex and the Single Mom dvd I already own.

Just like so many of you here, "Sex and the Single Mom" is my favorite Lifetime movie. I already have the DVD for "Sex and the Single Mom" and I really would like to have the sequal "More Sex and the Single Mom". Especially since Lifetime doesn't air either that much. Why not I wonder??? It's one of it's best productions. The chemistry between Alex and Jess is so steamy. Lifetime, please please please release "More Sex and the SIngle Mom" on DVD.

Who is the actor who plays Gabe? For list of cast only O'grady & Show come up. I really was hoping I would be able to see the credits so I could figure out his name.

Apparently, it's being shown again on August 9th, 2008 at 1 P.M. (ET) on Lifetime. I won't be able to watch can someone be kind enough to record and later share. Thanks in advance.

It would be easier if they just made it available on iTunes. The first one is on iTunes. Why can't they put the second on there too? I email the network about that, I just got a reply saying that they received my email about requesting that 'more original movies be made available for download on iTunes' and that they would transfer my request to the department that apparently takes care of that.

I haven't seen the second movie and I really want to. I've looked everywhere for it and I'm stuck in Europe for the summer, I don't get back until the end of august.
