When a classical music critic (Laura Leighton) becomes pregnant from a brief encounter with a country music star (Antonio Cupo), it seems the perfect way for her best friend, who has struggled with all manner of fertility attempts, to have a baby. But when her friend's husband disappears late in her pregnancy, she must track down the country star to get his acknowledgment and signature so as to secure a top quality adoption for the child. Their reunion is a clash of cultures, opposite personalities, and deep misunderstandings that leads to an extraordinary love story between a dyed-in-the-wool blue stater and and a salt of the earth red stater. Maybe there's hope for us afterall.

I love this movie, Antonio Cupo is an outstanding actor. Hope to see him in more movies. Also, Laura Leighton is a brillant actress have always enjoyed her movies. Hope to see this for sale on DVD soon.

Hey, you can buy it on ioffer.com, just do a search for it. I bought it there and it's really good quality. It's not released to the public on dvd, so this is your only option. Good luck!

This was a great movie, I'm Canadian and I just saw it on TV tonight, I love that this is a Canadian movie, it was fantastic! The two lead characters have really great chemistry, it made watching the movie fun. I would really love this on DVD to own and watch again and again! Nora did receive the signed papers, but decides at the last minute to keep the baby. Then Jamie turns around at the last minute and comes back to her, very happy ending.

I said i would comment after seeing the movie and I'm proud to say I've finally seen the entire thing through. I loved this movie sooooooooo much. I am even more excited because i recorded it and i can watch it whenever i want to now. Hope everyone else was able to see it too.
