I haven't seen this movie for myself, but i work at the oyster shack in jesup, ga and i had 2 people come in last night and was telling me about their daughter who died of cancer when she was 17 years old, and they told me that lifetime made a movie about their situation.. I have seen pictures of their daughter.. she was beautiful girl.. it was an honor to meet them.. they are some of the nicest people ive met.. and they are strong and brave people to go through what they did..

I watched this movie twice and I cried throughout both times I watched. It's very touching and teaches you to appreciate life. All actors played their parts very well but Missy's and her dad's roles were especially remarkable. In some way it reminded me of "Forrest Gump" movie where forest lost his mom to cancer as well. I think Bill Clinton did a wonderful job appearing in this movie and I respect him for that. It would be even better if he appeared with his wife and daughter, Hillary and Chelsea. I disagree with one of the comments that it should not be shown to kids. I think children of all ages should learn from Missy's experience that life is not all fun and joy, but also struggle.

of all the wonderful movies on Lifetime, this is the best I have seen.Clinton did appear at the end of the movie.

I wish that Lifetime would sell this on DVD or VHS.

was that actually bill clinton in the end of "a child's wish" or was it that real good look-a-like that you see in a lot of movies. I think it was bill clinton but my husband thins it was the actor. please helpus solve this argument.
