Character: Elizabeth Jones
Rebecca Williams was born in Liverpool, England, and moved to Canada when she was four years old. At her first audition, she was cast as the lead in the movie-of-the-week “Air Support” and has been working steadily since. Williams’ credits include a supporting role in Disney’s television movie “Jump In”; the recurring role of Larissa in “Degrassi: The Next Generation”; the lead in the Hallmark movie “The Night Before the Night Before Christmas,” opposite Jennifer Beals; and guest appearances in “Being Erica,” “Murdoch Mysteries,” “72 Hours: True Crime, Life with Derek” and “Blue Murder.”
Elizabeth seems to have it all. She's pretty, has two loving parents, earns high grades in school and never gets into trouble. All of that is jeopardized when her boyfriend, Nick, takes control over her life and becomes physically violent. She falls for his apologies and blames herself for the abuse. It will take a lot to convince her to escape the dangerous relationship.
