  • Made: 2007
  • Genre: Drama
  • Stars: Beverly Mitchell
A woman, MacKenzie (Beverley Mitchell), is struggling with the death of her father, by suicide. She comes to think she is losing her mind when she believes she's killed several people, by car accident or in protecting herself when attacked, except that there is absolutely no evidence to support her hallucinations. When schizophrenia is ruled out by a psychiatrist, she consults a medium, who is almost overwhelmed by the darkness that seems to be trying to get to MacKenzie. A veteran detective protects her from the police who are tiring of these false alarms. When she believes her best friend is in risk of her life, MacKenzie must put together the clues she's culled from her horrifying visions to save her. In the process she comes to learn the real truth of her father's death and put to rest her anger and misunderstanding of her father, who has been trying to reach her from the other side as well as solve the mystery behind the incomprehensible deaths she has experienced.

WELL
I was just wanting to know when Post Mortem will be on again? Just my opinion...but I thought that show How To Look Good Naked was a great show. It wasn't supposed to be about women getting naked for television...it was about trying to help not size 0 women feel good just the way they are. If people were watching..every one of those women came out of that feeling great about themselves..and the nudeness..well....to me it was within good taste. Lifetime is not about exploiting nude women or anything of that sort..as someone made it previously sound. Teenage girls and women in general have a hard enough time with self esteem issues. That show was not saying that you should get naked to feel good about yourself..it was just showing women how to feel good in their own skin. No offense to anyone out there, but there's A LOT WORSE things on television to be complaining about little kids seeing. I've watched lifetime movies since I was thirteen, they've taught me a lot. Oh yeah, one more thing...I'm not a big person by any means..but I have a lot of self-esteem issues. I would approve of this show for anyone with self-esteem issues to watch, and I would approve of my teenager watching it. It teaches self-esteem and self respect...and no where in the show does it tell these women to go get naked for people to prove themselves. Just some food for thought. Lifetime you're great..and please show Post Mortem again!
There is a woman who lives in Seattle washington who fought for 8 years to get a law passed after the brutal beating death of her 21 yr old son. He was left broken in a ditch for 13 hour while at least 10 people came to look and as he begged for help, no one called 911. This woman went to the Senate and the House of Representives for 8 years straight and fought hard, spending her own time and money, and finally got the law passed and The Govenor signed it into law on April 28, 2005. This is a real life story that should be told, as too many people just choose to look the other way when some one is in need of help. Two,20 yr old men were convicted of second degree murder only to end up gettin away with it when they were originally sentenced to 25 years. NOW I SAY, IS THAT JUSTICE? 206-653-7584 or 253-344-7925 This was on 20/20 Dec 13th 1996.
I am wondering if you will be showing any of these movies in the near future: My Neighbor's Keeper, Post Mortem, and Christi's Revenge? Thank you
All you that critisize the show needs to be on it.Geez ya he`s helping these women get it back. All you skinny women can say this. But to be overweight isn`t all its cracked up to be like myself for instance.I been on many Rx`s due to my illmess`s and weight gain.Like I want to be overweight? But to me beayut lie`s inside us too.So stop bashing a goodthing for some and see how happy this makes them.Go Carson Go!You Rock!
hlll
I am not trying to hurt anyones feelings, but I am very affended that you are going to air a programm about women looking good naked. This is an outrage. Young girls watch this channel and I don't think it is appropriate. I don't like Carson Kresser doing the Fa-la-la-la-la thing either. There are several of us women that are going to eliminate watching Lifetime if they keep putting illicid and nudeness on tv. Thanks. Most everything on the station is good.
And it would be very nice if you had more exercise program.
We all need to keep our morals and examples for our youth.
Thanks MT OAKES
Hi,I like lifetime is so good look at lifetime is make you want to cry everytime look at lifetime I look at lifetime all the time if come on I will keep look is so good that the end.
Were is Podfitness??? Lifetime markets itself as the women's network and you have 1/2 hour of fitness in your programming! Health is one of our most important issues.
I am boycotting your network! Please bring back another workout. I have worked out to your shows for at least 10 years. It is convenient and not overwhelming. I am very disappointed in your programming. There was no notice of the change in programming and what bride watches that kind of show at 7:30 am? You have made a big mistake!
I was a member for 5 years.. I am very disapointed in the New Lifetime Message boards.. I will not come back to this site...
What happened to podfitness. It was a great work out. I would do Dennis Austin and then podfitness. Are you going to replace it with another fitness program?
Lifetime has gone out of their way this time. Army wives is by far THE BEST show I've seen in a long time. Laughing one minute and crying the next. The strong bonds of friendship and the individual families issues that are dealt with. This is an A+ show for men and women. It touches down deep into my soul. I reccomend it to all!
Yes, Lifetime does respond to comments, but we can't respond to all of them due to the high volume of comments. Anyway, "How I Married My High School Crush" is scheduled to air October 5; the other movies aren't scheduled to air in the near future, but please check the schedule for upcoming listings.
Does Lifetime respond to our comments?
I missed a couple of movies I wanted to see, can you tell me if they will be on again. "My Neighbor's Keeper", "How I Married My High School Crush", "Post Mortem" and "Christi's Revenge"? Thank you
