Attorney Margarita Santos has a good life in Miami. She is surrounded by her two supportive best friends, her wonderful husband and she recently made partner at her law firm. But, it's suddenly turned upside down when her rich and gorgeous ex-lover (Casper Van Dien) comes to town and is willing to do anything to get her back. As if that wasn't enough, Margarita's husband and mother are pushing her to get pregnant, her two best friends are dealing with their own relationship issues, and the immigration case she's working on suddenly makes her a media celebrity. As the summer heats up, life begins to get more complicated for Margarita and her friends.
