Academy Award winner Diane Keaton plays Patsy McCartle, a widowed mother of two who's struggling to scrape by. In desperation, she turns to dealing drugs to help pay the bills. But this business offers a pleasure too tempting to resist: She gets hooked on crystal meth and is sucked deeper and deeper into a dangerous drug cartel!
