Tammy Blanchard

Tammy Blanchard is well known for her breakout role portraying the young Judy Garland in “Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows,” which won her tremendous critical acclaim, including an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress and nominations for both a Golden Globe and an American Film Institute television award.

Blanchard appeared opposite Matt Damon in Robert De Niro’s feature film “The Good Shepherd” and co-starred with Brittany Murphy and Thora Birch in the independent feature film “Deadline.” Blanchard’s additional theatrical credits include “Bella,” “The Ramen Girl,” “Cadillac Records” and “Rabbit Hole,” co-starring Nicole Kidman and Aaron Eckhart. Most recently she starred opposite Mira Sorvino in “Union Square” and she was featured in the Academy Award–nominated film “Moneyball,” starring Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill.

Blanchard’s television credits include the remake of the television movie “Sybil,” with Jessica Lange, “Empire State” and the Lifetime Original Movies “We Were the Mulvaneys” and “Living Proof.” In April 2010 she starred in the LMN Original Movie “Amish Grace,” which went on to become the network’s most watched original movie ever in total viewers. Blanchard has also guest-starred on hit television shows, including “Law & Order,” “The Good Wife” and most recently “A Gifted Man.”

On Broadway, Blanchard performed the title role in “Gypsy,” directed by Sam Mendes, for which she received a Tony nomination. She is currently starring on Broadway in “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,” for which she received another Tony nomination.
