CHARACTER: Meg Galligan

LeAnn Rimes

An accomplished singer and songwriter under the age of 30, LeAnn Rimes has sold more than 37 million albums, won two Grammy Awards, three Academy of Country Music Awards and 12 Billboard Music Awards. In addition, Rimes is the youngest recipient of a Grammy and is also the first country recording artist to win in the category of Best New Artist. She recently won the CMT Award for Collaborative Video of the Year, with Bon Jovi, and the Gospel Music Association’s Dove Award for her song “Ready for a Miracle.” Rimes has scored numerous hit singles, including “Can’t Fight the Moonlight,” which went to number one in 11 countries, and “How Do I Live,” which holds the record, at 69 weeks, for the longest-charting song on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. As an actress, Rimes starred in the ABC telefilm “Holiday in Your Heart,” based in part on Rimes’ autobiographical novel. She also guest-starred as singer Connie Francis in the NBC series “American Dreams” and in an episode of the daytime series “Days of Our Lives.”

Eddie Cibrian

A versatile actor who continues to enjoy success in both television and film, Eddie Cibrian has had leading roles in five series over the past 15 years, including the popular syndicated show “Baywatch Nights,” “Third Watch,” “Tilt,” “Invasion” and, most recently, “Vanished.” In long-form television, he starred in the NBC miniseries “In the Beginning” and the CBS television movie “Logan’s War: Bound by Honor.” This past year, he had recurring roles on “Ugly Betty,” “The Starter Wife” and “Samantha Who.” Cibrian was seen early in his career on “The Young and the Restless.” On the big screen, Cibrian has costarred in films such as “Living Out Loud,” “The Cave,” “Say It Isn’t So,” “But I’m a Cheerleader” and “Not Easily Broken.”
