Nina (Kellie Martin) has two great kids but a troubled marriage. When she sneaks away to visit her dying grandmother across the country, we discover her secret: a psychotic brother who she's managed to elude for the last ten years. Though incredibly charming, he's over-protective to the extreme, having "handled" anyone who came into her life and made her unhappy in the past. Nobody believed her, so she fled. Now he's tracked her to her home and starts to ingratiate his way back into her life. She wants to believe he's really changed. Everyone loves him, but then people start disappearing, and she knows the truth. She has to beat him at his own game to save her husband's life and reclaim her own.
