Inspired by the story of Maryann Acker from the book "Who Named the Knife" written by Linda Spalding. Twenty years ago, Sally Linden sat on jury of the murder trial of Theresa Nichol, and believed the young woman may have been innocent. But she was removed from the jury, and was unable to voice her opinion. Years later, Sally finds herself at a crossroads of her own life and revisits that case, finding out that Theresa Nichol is still in prison. Now Sally has a chance to become Theresa's advocate and right a wrong that may have occurred all those years ago.
