Six years ago, Luzaida Cuevas believed her infant daughter Delimar had died
in a Philadelphia apartment fire. But six years later, Luzaida spotted a
little girl at a birthday party she knew in her heart was Delimar. Feigning
the little girl had gum in her hair, Luzaida trimmed a lock of the little
girl's hair (something she had seen done on CSI) and sent it for DNA testing.
Unbelievably, DNA results proved the little girl to be Delimar -- who had
been kidnapped by Luz's distant cousin six years ago and set the apartment
ablaze to cover her crime.
