Nina Hamilton is excited when her husband Noah suggests that they move to the idyllic small town where he grew up. Nina hopes that a fresh start will lead to success for the in vitro fertilization procedures that have failed so far. However, once they move, Noah's vindictive ex-girlfriend, Callie, becomes obsessed with him and focused on getting him back. She decides to impersonate Nina for an in vitro procedure and becomes pregnant with Noah's child.
