Ashley is suffering from addiction and mental illness when she disappears from her family. Her life on the street is dangerous and uncertain. She has no idea that her sister is desperately trying to locate her and return her to safety.
Jennifer Morrison is well known as Dr. Allison Cameron on the award-winning series “House M.D.” She can currently be seen on TV in the CBS sitcom “How I Met Your Mother” in a recurring role as Zoey, the newest love interest to Ted, played by Josh Radnor. In September 2011, she can be seen in the upcoming Lion’s Gate feature “Warrior” from director Gavin O’Connor, starring opposite Nick Nolte, Tom Hardy and Joel Edgerton. Last year she made her Broadway debut in “The Miracle Worker.”
Libba refuses to give up hope when her younger sister, Ashley, vanishes. Against all odds, she wages a campaign to find Ashley over the course of several years. During that journey, she also makes it her mission to help other families searching for missing adults.
A.J. Cook first made a name for herself in 1999 when she was cast in Sofia Coppola’s indie hit “The Virgin Suicides.” She went on to star in the TV series “Higher Ground,” opposite Hayden Christensen, and landed roles in films including “Final Destination 2,” “I’m Reed Fish,” “Ripper,” “Wishmaster 3,” “Out Cold,” “Misconceptions” and “Night Skies.” Cook’s television credits include the Lifetime Original Movies “Vanished” and “The House Next Door,” as well as roles in “Dead Like Me” and “Bloodsuckers.”
Michelle is living a mother’s worst nightmare. Her rebellious daughter is gone, and Michelle’s efforts to find her seem futile. It’s her other daughter, Libba, who keeps optimism alive and ultimately saves Ashley from further self-destruction and peril.
Patricia Richardson is best known for her portrayal of Jill Taylor on the long-running series “Home Improvement,” for which she received four Emmy and two Golden Globe nominations as Best Leading Actress in a Comedy Series. She also won a Vision Award and a Topaz Award from Women In Film in Texas.
