SAG-nominated actor Emile Hirsch stars with Paul Rudd in “Prince Avalanche,” an off-beat comedy directed by David Gordon Green (“Pineapple Express”) that premiered at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival and went on to win the Directors award at the Berlin Film Festival. He also stars in the soon-to-be-released “Lone Survivor” opposite Mark Wahlberg, Taylor Kitsch and Ben Foster. Directed by Pete Berg, the film is based on the best-selling book by Marcus Luttrell. He recently appeared in Oliver Stone’s “Savages.”
Other projects for Hirsch include Sergio Castellitto’s “Twice Born,” in which he stars opposite Penélope Cruz. This romantic film, which premiered at the 2012 Toronto Film Festival, is scheduled for release December 6. He will also star alongside Stephen Dorff and Dakota Fanning in “Motel Life,” winner of the Audience Choice Award at the 2012 Rome Film Festival, slated for limited release in October. The film was directed by Alan and Gabe Polsky. After his breakthrough performance in “Into the Wild,” Hirsch earned starring roles in “Milk,” opposite Sean Penn, and “Speed Racer,” which earned him a Teen Choice Award nomination for Choice Movie Actor: Action Adventure. Additional film credits for Hirsch include “Alpha Dog,” “The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys” and “The Girl Next Door.”
Clyde Barrow faced many run-ins with the law before he ever became infamous. He went from small town criminal to notorious outlaw after meeting Bonnie Parker who thrived on headlines and the media attention their criminal antics garnered. Rumored to have the power of a second sight to see events before they really happened, Clyde was always able to keep them a step ahead and outrun the law as they escaped capture over and over again. Throughout their heated romance and fiery run-ins with the law, Clyde could foresee his ominous death before him but, it was clear to everyone around him, he had a blind spot a mile wide when it came to Bonnie.
