Yin Chang

Yin Chang recently made her film debut as Mei Kwan in the feature “Prom.” Prior to that, she made numerous appearances on television shows including “Six Degrees,” “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” and “Law & Order: Criminal Intent.” Most recently, she played Nelly Yuki on the popular series “Gossip Girl.”

Chang currently resides in Los Angeles.
