Desiree Ross is a beautiful, up and coming young actress who began asking her parents about becoming an actress at the age of three. Her first large project was playing a lead role for a series of ten health videos for ETV. The following year Ross played “Michaela,” a biracial child caught in a hate crime in “Crossing the River,” a short film written and directed by Emilie McDonald. The film was an official selection for Dances with Films, Manlleu Film Festival in Spain and won Best Ensemble Cast in the New York City Downtown Film Festival. Ross’ next big break came when she was cast in another short film titled “Old Souls,” a historical piece dealing with racism and changing times. Currently she has a recurring role in season four of “Falling Skies,” executive produced by Steven Spielberg.
Ross currently resides in South Carolina with her family.
