Answer: No role model per se, but Miranda from "Sex and the City" was refreshing. She's the first mom on TV that I can remember who didn't immediately bond with her child. It took a little time and wasn't instantly perfect.

Question: What do you look for in a babysitter?
Answer: Responsibility, awareness, and it would help if they didn't stare into space while I'm talking to them.

Question: What do you avoid like the plague in a babysitter?
Answer: I avoid people who can't prioritize: "I was going to put her to bed, but then ‘The Hills' was on and I totally forgot."

Question: Thing your kids do that always makes you laugh?
Answer: Anytime they laugh together it makes me laugh, as long as it's not when they are on my lap and I'm on a business call.
