You Could Be Bad in Bed!

Sex slipup: You worry about how you look naked. While you’re being intimate with your man, do you spend time thinking about how the lights hit the cellulite on your thighs? If you answered yes, you’re not alone. “Sexual insecurity is an issue for a lot of people, even those who have great bodies, are younger or are more experienced,” says Ian Kerner, author of “Passionista: The Empowered Woman’s Guide to Pleasuring a Man.” Kerner says that it isn’t just women who are feeling the burn of body insecurity. “A lot of men look at porn and feel they don’t measure up in many ways,” he says.
Be a sexual superwoman: Make yourself more comfortable.
Women in Hollywood movies seem to have no problem with bright-lights-woman-on-top-sex, but you don’t need to try to win an Oscar in real life. “Think of tangible things that will help you relax,” says Kerner. Do whatever you need to do to make yourself feel more comfortable. Perhaps you need to cover your legs with blankets, dim the lighting or even leave a bit of clothing on. The key is not to judge what makes you feel at ease. “Some people are lights-on and others are lights-off, and both are OK,” Kerner says.
