Jelly Belly

You need a large clear plastic bag, balloons, clear tape and a ribbon to duplicate Mary Kate's bag-of-jelly-beans costume. Cut leg and arm holes from the bag, then ask your child to step inside. (You may have to trim the top of the bag to make it fit.) Fill the bag with blown-up balloons. Pinch the top of the plastic so that it gathers around the child's shoulders, secure it with tape and tie a ribbon around it.
