Bubble Bath

This costume requires a laundry basket, pink and white balloons, pink sweats, two yards of white felt, three yards of wide grosgrain ribbon, a utility knife and a hot-glue gun. Cut a hole in the bottom of the basket so your child will fit inside. Next, cut the felt to fit the basket and glue it into place. Measure where the straps will go with your kid in the basket. Cut the ribbon to size and glue it to the basket's interior. Fill the tub with balloons. Finish with a shower cap.
